Kristina joined Romana after 25 years at McKinsey & Company, bringing extensive leadership experience in team management, event organization, and the design and furnishing of office spaces—including the complete redesign of McKinsey’s Swiss office, from the construction phase to the final design touches.
Romana is the creative force behind numerous private and commercial projects, with a keen sense for style, color, materials, and the details that give a space its unique character. A few years ago, she decided to formally pursue her passion for design by enrolling in the Mirjana Mikulec Design School, where she successfully completed her training and is now a certified interior designer. Her natural talent for aesthetics, distinctive design signature, and personalized approach to each client form the foundation of our creative work.
